A mini maternity shoot...

One of my very best friends is having a baby...so we decided to do a little mini maternity shoot so she had something to pick from to put on shower invitations. It was a lot of fun.

97 degrees...and they were troopers.

 I took my girlies out for the day to test out some locations. It was 97 degrees out and not one single peep out of them. Not a single "I'm hot!". During all of this, my youngest grabbed a camera and started directing the other kids at where to go, and what to do. It was precious. And then I thought, wait, she has had to learn that from somewhere. Little sponges!

A bit more wedding fun!

I can't help that Josh and Sarah can't take bad pictures. This leaves me with LOADS of images that are blog worthy. However, I have decided that I will be placing a 3 image limit. You can check out the FaceBook album for more. Okay, then 2 more images for fun...lol.

Josh and Sarah did not want to see each other before their wedding. How sweet! So we decided that since it was an evening wedding, we would get shots of them separate before and a couple after. Then do what we would have done on the wedding day, after the honeymoon. But the weather didn't cooperate for any outdoor photos. We did them all today, and I am pretty happy with the results. Thank you Josh and Sarah for being SUCH great troopers. It was HOT, but the photos were very much worth it.

This sweet couple were supposed to be married outside, in a beautiful woodland fairy type setting. It was just stunning, white chairs, candles, evening, you get the picture. Absolutely lovely, and so many people put hours into this picture perfect scene. But mother nature had other ideas. She decided to rain all day. So within a very short amount of time, all the devoted people who love Josh and Sarah moved as much of the wedding down the road in a church. When the bride is as lovely as Sarah, it doesn't matter where you have the wedding. She stole the show. These are just a small handful of the pre-wedding moments.

We had good weather, so we took advantage and walked while stopping to take photos. It was a good day.

A fun way to spend a Saturday

We had so much fun on Saturday. I took the girls to a couple of places to try out some locations. These are the results. Even my camera shy child ended up standing in for me. And I didn't even have to ask...Love the last shot. Tiny tot is totally tired. lol. Say that five times fast. And hey, if you ask for "sass" that is exactly what you get with these ladies.
